Refund Policy
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch, but a 5% cancellation fee will apply. This fee is deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable payment processing costs incurred during the original transaction.
However, if a pre-ordered product is delayed past its original release date, customers can cancel and receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Cards are sold as seen; all cards are catalogued before sending and compared against the card on return. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the card does not match our database. Any booster boxes must be returned with the seal and shrink wrap intact.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We will only exchange items if they arrive faulty, defective or damaged. As mentioned above, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if there are any issues.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
If you apply for any of the above, please contact us via email or live chat before shipping back the order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
NMD Collectables can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by delayed/lost/misrouted orders.
